What kind of services do you provide?
We pride ourselves on providing a commercial and residential cleaning services as well as commercial and residential carpet cleaning in the Greater London area. In past years, we have served many satisfied customers and provided cleaning solutions for any size of homes, offices, shops, pubs, restaurants and many more. We take care of every aspect of your cleaning requirements including IT equipment cleaning, blind and curtain cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and window cleaning.
Do I have to be home when the staff comes?
It is not necessary for you to be home. For your peace of mind, all of our staff are fully insured and vetted. However, you are welcome to stay home during the cleaning ptocess.
Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want her to clean at the weekend?
No, the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same at all times.
Am I insured?
Yes, we maintain full insurance cover in case of any accidental damage.
What if something is damaged when my home is being cleaned?
Although we take extreme care when cleaning your home, sometimes accidents do happen. If breakage or damage occurs as a result of our cleaning we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.
For the carpet cleaning do you charge per hour or per job?
We do not charge per hour but per job. After gathering all the information about the condition of your carpet we provide a quote for the whole job.
Are there any extra charges?
In some cases you may have to pay a parking fee or a congestion charge (if the site address is in LONDON congestion charge area). If our carpet cleaning operatives are not able to park their vehicles free of charge whilst servicing your address you have to provide either with a parking space or with parking permit. If you cannot arrange any of the above you have to reimburse the operative with the parking fee he has paid to clean your carpets.
What is the typical drying time of the carpets?
Typically 3 to 6 hours.
How long does it take to clean the carpet in each room?
It takes approximately 1 hour to clean 3 rooms where the furniture is already removed.
Can I specify the day for the cleaning?
We make every effort to meet the requirements of our clients. In the majority of cases you can specify the day. If your request cannot be met then you will be presented with the nearest alternative options.
What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?
We try to be as flexible as possible. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice, so that we can adjust our schedules.
What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning?
We will make every effort to provide you with reliable cleaners. If customer is not happy with something he/she reserves the right to ask the cleaners to spend some extra time to rectify the problems. If this extra time exceeds half an hour additional payment will apply as per the time spent on the job. In case it is not possible we must be notified within 3 working days and allowed to redo the cleaning and solve the problem at no additional cost. However, once the job has been approved by the client we cannot accept further complaints.
How do I pay for services?
The preferred method of payment is cash, cheque or a bank transfer.
What happens if I move house?
We will transfer your account to another address in the London area.
Do you offer ironing and washing service?
Yes. Our staff is trained in ironing and washing as well as in cleaning.
Do I have to provide the cleaning materials?
We have found that the most economical and hygienic approach is to use your cleaning materials. It avoids pet hair or mites traveling from one customers house to the next and also means your house will feel and smell exactly as you would like it to. But we would as well provide them if requested. You will only need to have a vacuum cleaner and mop/bucket available in your home when appointing a regular cleaner.
What is the minimum number of hours?
As a minimum we do 3 hours per visit. This is because we try to keep our cleaners’ earnings in proportion to travel and other expenses.
What if I have pets? Will they have to be secured whilst cleaning takes place?
No they can be allowed their normal access. Please let us know if you have pets when you book and we will find you cleaner who is happy to work around both cats and dogs.
What are your cleaners’ working hours?
Our cleaners work any time, any day of the week.
